Fast diet

  • Snack from 4 p.m. In the afternoon, you can drink another fruit juice similar to the one in the morning. To the juice you can add a delicious snack consisting of: 10 chopped hazelnuts or almonds, 2 handfuls of raisins and pieces of other dried fruits (plums, apricots, figs, 2-3 dates), 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds and 1 teaspoon of lecithin. Pour over them 1 teaspoon of cocoa or 2-3 tablespoons of skim yogurt.
  • Dinner. On the first day, the evening meal is based on the same principle of elimination. So, you can indulge in a fruit puree, according to the recipe: 1/2 banana, 1 apple or 1 pear, mixed with sugar-free orange juice or 2-3 tablespoons of skim yogurt, and 3-4 almonds. Before bed, ideally a hot tea (infusion of soothing and purifying plants St. John's wort, for example).

In the following days
The same diet as on the first day, with the difference that at dinner you can eat 100-150 g of lean meat (chicken breast, skinless, fish) grilled or steamed, served with plenty of raw vegetables (lettuce , green beans, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower).
